In case of purchasing a snood, how should I measure?

The neck circumference should be taken using any tape measure *excluding the ears.

The neck circumference of an adult cocker is around 37/38 cm but can vary from 30 to 40 cm.

Placing it in the customization box at the time of purchase will help us do ad hoc work.

If you have any doubts, write to us!

Please note. If we do not receive any reference, we will make a standard size snood for cocker spaniel.

If you have a dog of a different breed, contact us before making the purchase!

How can I change my order?

If you entered your personal data incorrectly during the purchase phase, you can change them in the user area.

Also notify us by email to make sure the delivery is done correctly.

If, on the other hand, you are interested in modifying a product contact us to the email address info@cockersandco.com.

What is the delivery time?

Processing and shipping times (both to be considered 'working') can be seen on our website under each product.

Processing time: 7-10 days

Delivery times:

  • Italy 5-7 days
  • Europe 7-14 days
  • USA and Canada 14-21 days
  • Australia 20-30 days (working days)

During holiday periods, processing days may vary. In that case, they will still be specified under our products. 

What happens if my order does not arrive?

If the delivery of your order has been significantly delayed contact us to the email address info@cockersandco.com.

Make sure the actual processing and shipping days listed on our site have passed.

Sometimes slight delays may occur at the expense of the courier company. We try to handle all requests as quickly as possible. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us!
